A Full Corporate Offer is issued with price, specifications and delivery terms.

Sale and Purchase Agreement
The parties sign the sale and purchase agreement and arrange the banking instruments (DLC / SBLC).

Quality inspection
Independent SGS inspection at the loading port covers weight, quality and documentary compliance.

Shipment and delivery
Shipment, cargo tracking and delivery at the destination port under the agreed Incoterm.
